Mr. Wang has lived in countries such as Taiwan, Australia, and the United States in his life. After graduating from high school in Los Angeles, he obtained a bachelor of science degree in nuclear engineering at Purdue University. He worked in the global technology industry for several years before accepting a MBA fellowship at the University of Notre Dame. During his time there, he teamed up with other graduate students to help elementary school kids learn math after school. Prior to obtaining his MBA degree, he decided to enter the realm of education by obtaining a master of science degree in education and social policy at Northwestern University. After leaving Northwestern, he taught and became the lead teacher for AP Calculus and Pre-AP Pre-Calculus in Fort Worth, Texas. He believes that inspiring students to learn math and helping them fulfill their full potential while becoming responsible global citizens at DCI is his mission.
