Nicholas Clements

Sports Performance Coordinator

In January 2019, I started working at DCI as the Sports Performance Coordinator. In this position, I provide healthcare to our student-athletes through injury prevention, examination, and rehabilitation techniques as the Athletic Trainer. As the Strength Coach, I teach and supervise weight lifting programs. As the Sports Performance Coordinator, I am fortunate enough to promote healthy exercise habits, provide the best possible healthcare to all our student-athletes, and positively support the growth and development of our student-athletes both on and off the playing field. I graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and a minor in Kinesiology. Before DCI, I worked for Adventist Healthcare as the Athletic Trainer for John F. Kennedy High School in Montgomery County, Maryland. Shortly after joining Adventist HealthCare, I received my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I currently attend Georgetown University where I am obtaining my Masters degree in Sports Industry Management. When I am not at DCI, I enjoy playing sports, reading, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
