"I am more than meets the eye. I graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana twice over. My undergraduate degree is in Biochemistry with a double minor in Biology and Spanish, while my Masters is in Secondary Education - Chemistry. While I am originally from Atlanta, I have lived in New Orleans for five years where I first started teaching. I enjoy traveling and have been out of the country twice (Cuba and Costa Rica) with a third trip on the way. (Can you guess where?) I enjoy dancing (reggaeton, bachata, salsa, kizomba, merengue, etc.), photography, aerial arts, volleyball, and of course a great meal. Not only do I teach, but I also work with GAP. All I want to do is learn about more cultures than my own, expose my students to a few cultures myself, and teach some math along the way! I can't wait to meet each of you all! Who knows - you may even see me dancing bachata somewhere with a few friends!
