Please Touch, the new Target Gallery exhibition, is a completely interactive experience. Visitors should touch, feel, dine upon, or even lick the work on view in order to understand and experience the full intention of the artist. Brush against Colleen Ludwig’s Pod.Field and imagine being transported into nature. Borrow a set of ceramic dishes for Jeni Hansen Gard’s Project Share and spend time getting to know someone new. Or break down barriers with Fumi Amano’s Look at Me. Cynthia Connolly, Arlington County’s special projects curator and juror for the exhibition, selected 16 national and international artists, including four from Virginia.
