u>Test groups & staff assignments:
Please check the 2018 PARCC Groups sheet for student test groups (by ATL & by test group), room assignments and staff roles. If you are not serving as a primary test administrator, you are either a proctor, a floor leader or a hall monitor. On Thursday, proctors should go to math classrooms.
Seating charts:
The deadline for seating charts is Tuesday, 4/10. If you are a test administrator, you must check your room & group on the 2018 PARCC Groups sheet and send me and Po a copy of your seating chart.
Preparingfor the Infrastructure Trial:
- Review the Infrastructure Trial checklist – this details all your responsibilities on the day.
- Review the schedule for the day
- Ensure that you can log in to PearsonAccessNext. If not, please reach out to me totroubleshoot.
- If you need a reminder of how to open a test session, pleaseclick here.
- Send me your seating chart by Tuesday at 5 pm.
