Simon Rodberg

Before DCI, I was an assistant principal at Alice Deal Middle School and an English teacher at Cesar Chavez Public Charter School. I’ve also worked on education policy and as a fourth grade teacher. My degrees are from Harvard Graduate School of Education, University College Dublin, and Yale University. I’m passionate about making school a place where young people are happy and excited to learn. Outside of school, I love traveling, cooking, reading, and going on adventures with my 7-year-old son, Abe. I speak Spanish and try to be polite in Chinese and French. I’m excited to lead a wonderful team of adults to create a truly 21st-century, global school for our students.
