Daniel Liano-Garcia

Spanish Teacher

Greetings! My educational background consists of a master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation, as well as a post-graduate master in International Relations and Law. For many years I have dedicated myself to finding my true vocation; I worked in the Canary Islands as a French teacher. This was part of my educational training and so I specialized in the teaching of modern languages. My passion is to impart knowledge in an engaging and appealing setting. My educational objective is to find a dynamic method to link with the younger generation by promoting a technological and interactive learning environment. Life is a short moment that needs to be lived intensely. I enjoy the simple challenges of every day, I love traveling so I can experience the excitement of meeting new people and getting to know new places. Born and raised in Spain, just as a high school teenage graduate, I had the opportunity to live in London and then Brussels, where I learned English and French. In addition, I am fluent in Italian and Portuguese and a novice in Catalan and Romanian. As you can appreciate, Latin languages are my strength but learning Arabic has become a major struggle that I need to overcome. It is very exciting to be part of the pioneering team of DCI and be an active part of its growing process. Muchas gracias por la oportunidad de formar parte de este equipo. Merci bien pour l’opportunité de faire partie de cette équipe!
